abalone bracelet

Abalone is a type of mollusk, like clams and oysters, except inside their flat, one-sided, ear-shaped shells, abalone has tentacles and feet. These sea snails cling to rocks near the shore and are often consumed by other marine species. The shell of the abalone is extremely durable.

Zen Mala jewelry should be handled with care in the same manner as other precious jewelry items.

We do not recommend wearing the pieces in water to prolong the longevity of all items. Especially avoid wearing

wood bracelets in the water. Air dry your jewelry in case it gets wet. Amethyst, rose quartz, chalcedony, and smokey quartz are just some of the gemstones that can become paler from exposure to sunlight.

Wood opal is a form of petrified wood which has developed an opalescent sheen or, more rarely, where the wood has been completely replaced by opal. Other names for this opalized sheen-like wood are opalized wood and opalized petrified wood. It is often used as a gemstone.
